Gaming on one monitor and surfing etc on the other

Hi I have dual monitor setup but it doesnt fulfil what I really wanted...

Every time I try click on google on the other monitor while a game or a fullscreen applications runs on the other every things (alt+tab)s, how can I fix it?

Windowed Full screen if the option is there. You may have to play around with some switches on the launcher potentially if not.

 

This is normal behaviour other than that.

Probably gaming or helping technophobes with tech...

I am playing CS:GO and windowed fullscreen makes fixed brightness :(
