need upgrade advice...

So I currently run two gtx 570s in my rig. Over the holidays I received a gift card and cash and in the next few weeks I'll have a bit more disposable income that I can use for an upgrade.

How much more of an improvement would I see if I upgrade to a R9 290? Another upgrade option was to get an ssd as I currently do not use one. I'm leaning toward a new gpu but dont know if it is worth it. If not the gpu I'll probably get the ssd.

Any advice would be appreciated. My specs are in my Sig. Thanks!
