CPU Activity Graph and FPS Overlay

Hi guys need some help here.
I have been searching for the software that jay uses when benchmarking some games does anyone knows what he uses?

Attached picture show that the software that has an overlay like that.

Okay downloaded it, can you guys guide to set it up to have it shown like the one on the image?
as there is no graph or even per core option here

I don't use Cam, so I unfortunately would not know.

I thought you use this so i downloaded and signed up straight away 
hmm i really still do think its not CAM as even when playing it doesnt show something like the one on my post

You can move it with position controls and change font. Another very common overlay software is MSI Afterburner and RivaTuner. Jay, among others, has used that in the past.

You need an account iirc. I was introduced to cam when I got my kraken cooler years ago and I believe you ned to signup or login thru gmail/FB.

I have tried doing these but still its not the one that jay uses

Anyone? If only I could remember what vid of his that he mentioned that tool
