Monitor is "out of range" pleas help

I have an issue with my ViewSonic VA1903wSERIES (yeah kinda old) where it shows up with a "out of range" message. I'm using it as a second monitor and it works perfectly fine when the other one is plugged in. It happened when i changed the resolution, I tried changing the resolution back to 1440 x 900 (what it was originally) and it still doesn't seem to want to work. I have tried to change the resolution to 800 x 600 and that still didn't work. I have tried starting in low resolution mode and safe mode and i'm running out of ideas on what to do.

Any help would be grateful!.

I remember having this problem a few years ago. Maybe start with a fresh graphics driver installation? I forget how I made it go away unfortunately.

i tried and sadly to no avail. At this point i am considering factory reseting my computer to see if that fixes the issue.

perhaps try the cable you're using. As in try a different HDMI, or try using a VGA or DVI if you can.
