Windows I have open keep randomly focusing and blocking my scree

Title says it all. Not sure how to fix it. Like once every 2 minutes or so one of the windows i have open will focus and pop up in the middle of my screen.

Maybe malfunctioning mouse/keyboard? Try unplugging them and see if it still happens.

forgot to mention. As well as when it does it while the window is in fullscreen (it's a game) I can't even open it at all.

Thats strange, do you maybe have macro's or something set up for something?(Like when you press key K, it does something with a window?)
