This is going to sound sooo stupid. Basically while I was afk my brother went on my computer, created a new admin account and then made my account no longer admin. I got back to the computer, made his account not admin and then it wouldn't let me delete it because he left apps open so I just rebooted the computer. Now I have a computer with NO admin accounts. Presumably, he needed to reboot to successfully make my account a normal account, likewise with his account and when it rebooted it did them both in one go obviously.

Is there any way I can get an admin account back?!?!?! Is there some sort of secret windows 10 root thingy??? I don't have any recent backups and I've got 500gb of games, documents and very important settings. I don't want to have to start all over just because of some dumb admin thingy. Whenever one of those little popups appears with the "do you want [x] to access your system?" or whatever. You know, those permission thingies when you start up an installer or an admin program, well whenever I do that it just has the "no" option, no "yes" option at all!!!

please help

 Are these local accounts?

You can normally enable the local administrator in windows easily then do what you want to the passwords

You need to be an administrator for that ;)

Only solution at this point is the utilman trick.
