Yea, I'll try them, but first I'm gonna try undervolting it while keeping the clockspeed at stock.

Finally, it doesn't drop fps anymore after undervolting

temp limit = 1 (temps was actually really low, only around 60 degrees after undervolting)

power limit = 1

 

idc bout those as long as im not dropping framerate.
