Stylus upgrade worth it with my turntable set up.

So, I have the AT-LP120 and I'm happy with it, I know there are better units out there but it's great for the price. But I'm curious about possible upgrades, so I'm looking at maybe getting a new stylus instead of the stock one and maybe a new mat. I've heard that this stylus https://www.lpgear.com/product/LPGCFN95SE.html is a massive but very affordable upgrade from the stock stylus but I don't know if it'll be worth it or very noticeable with my setup. Basically because of space issues I ditched my bulky amp for a Schiit Magni headphone amp and I'm very happy with it but I wonder if I'll notice any sound improvement with a new stylus through a small amp like that.

 

Also, are there any compact amps that would fit in an IKEA Kallax unit?
