also  i'd like the more quiet one

PSUs are generally quiet anyways. But if I were to get one I would get this: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16817139232

It's fan turns off when under 50% load, which will generally be what your load will be I'm guessing if you are not overclocking.

in egypt thats expinsive af the 550w one is 150 $

so which one should i get from the ones above also maybe this

http://www.egprices.com/en/product/seasonic-s12ii-bronze-520w-80-plus-certified-psu-high-end

Go for the corsair one then. They are generally more reliable and more thermally controlled which equals quieter fans.

All 3 of the PSUs are total crap. Get a decent unit. The CX450/CX450M should be available.

I would follow the recommendations above about purchasing the CX450 for specs in your system build.  Overall it is a solid choice by many with similar builds to yours, and is better suited.

What Corsair options do you have in your country other than the one you listed? Corsair's are reliable and quiet.

What color is the label on the VS550 you're looking at?

Do you have a link to the product?
