Ashiok

I have a new ASUS GTX 1060 DUAL 3GB card. I use a dvi cable from my monitor to connect it, but when I connect it to my graphics card, the quality looks horrible. To add on to that, I cannot get passed the Windows 10 logo on startup, my computer just goes black screen after the little windows logo. However, when I plug it into my motherboard, it's completely fine. What should I do?

Okay, so I got an HDMI cable and it is working while plugged into my graphics card. However, my monitor must have DVI to work so I am currently using both. Also, my DVI doesn't work for some reason in the graphics card, my screen just goes black after windows loads in so I have it in my motherboard. Is this draining performance or is it fine?
