How old is the power supply? Some older CX units weren't very stable at all. Also test without the GPU installed.

PC Specs - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D MSI B550M Mortar - 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4-3600 @ CL16 - ASRock RX7800XT 660p 1TBGB & Crucial P5 1TB Fractal Define Mini C CM V750v2 - Windows 11 Pro

First off, the correct place for this would be here: https://linustechtips.com/main/forum/46-troubleshooting/

Second off, do as @NelizMastr said and try running it without the GPU

Q: How many prolog programmers does it take to change a lightbulb?

A: Yes.

i did run it without the GPU. still the same problems

That almost rules out the PSU as the basic APU shouldn't be enough of a power draw to be an issue here. In that case. I'm starting to think bad motherboard at this point.
