XLR Mic setup

Basically, can you guys list the parts I need to have in order for an XLR mic setup? 

 

 

If possible; list some parts you recommend, my budget is around 70 USD.

That mic comes with a cable and pop filter too.

The Shure PGA48-XLR talked about in Linus's video posted above is another good option for a mic, would want a pop filter though:

Just no. It doesn't need a pop shield it has one built into the mic guard.

So does my Shure 55SH but P's were still annoying:

Threw an external pop filter on it and it was completely eliminated:

Got it on deal for $90 thought it was a good buy to use for simple commentary / voice chat... would like the SM7B at some point. I use a separate condenser mic when I want to record actual vocals.

You sound like you know your stuff, not trying to be contentious, I've just personally had bad experiences with built in filters.

This. Dynamic mic is designed to be used super close to the mouth in the first place, so typically they have excellent pop filter built in
