Possible Memory trouble/ other things

Hello so I have been playing a lot of games recently and realized that they arent as smooth as they once were especially when it comes to the RAM portion of playing them like the many objects that end up making me lose textures almost everytime so I want to know what I should upgrade in my PC. 

 

Specs - CPU- i7 4790k 3.6 ghz
GPU- GTX 960 Superclocked
PSU- Corsair 750m Gold
RAM- Kingston HyperX FURY 16GB Kit (2x8GB) 1866MHz DDR3
Motherboard- MSI Gaming 5 Z97
CPU Cooler- Corsair H100i

Is it a 2GB VRAM GTX 960? because for gaming this is the weakest link in your build right now.
