Kingston SSD not showing in windows install

Recently I bought a Kingston ssd. When I plugged it in my pc and try to load windows on to it it wouldn't show in the windows install options. I have tried everything, would anybody know what to do?

the system spect are: Ryzen 5 1600, ASRock A320 pro, a 650 watt psu and a videocard that i pulled out of an old system for a video output.

The ssd is detected in the bios?

All the cables are connected firmly?

Maybe try a different sata port.

Recently had an experience with a ssd, this time a Samsung.  It would show up in the bios and device manager, but not in computer management, so could not partition or format it.  Ended up being a bad drive and had to be replaced.  Might be the same problem here?

If not in the bios, maybe a bad sata cable or power cable.  Try different cable if you have them and see if that helps, if not, could be a bad drive.

Did you try a different power connector or a different sata cable or using a different port?
