Hello all. I am having some fps issues in certain games. One example of such issues is in GTA V if I fly a helicopter/plane over the mountain with the Vinewood sign on it towards the city, my fps drops by 5-10ish frames from an almost perfect 60. The weird thing about this is my GPU,CPU VRAM and RAM usage are nowhere near maxed out, according to my in game monitor. Also, temperatures are all within normal range according to people with similar setups. Similar things happen in games like  Minecraft, Subnautica, and Kerbal Space Program. Some games like Battlefield 1, Battlefield 4, and others run fine on maxed out settings with no issues. I have run the games off both my SSD and HDD and it doesn't seem to fix the issue. I have updated my Nvidia drivers today to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. Here are my system specs as seen by steam:

5-10 is nothing lol, maybe if it was dropping to like 30fps every little bit, its just what you gotta deal with

I get what you are saying, but i'm very sensitive to every frame drop, and with my hardware this shouldn't be happening.
