Cannot get Mic to work

Hello everyone. I've got a problem. I cannot get my mic to work, it's a Neweer NW-700 and I've got a Behringer 302USB Mixer The Mic is connected via a XLR cable.  I've connected my mixer to my sound card which is a Sound Blaster Audigy FX (Motherboard audio is dead) I've got 2 RCA cables connecting from the line-in and main mix. All I hear is static noise.

The mixer does not have phantom power. This worked before. Never had any issues. :(

It's on already

What is? the mic uses XLR not USB.
