any way long story short: I've got HDD wich one have installed win 10 on it. PC was running fine but  did never swiched on on the next day. it goes automatically to recovery mode.

any option in recovery mode does not work, it cant find any return point, cant repair files, cant reinstall windows without lose of data etc.. so nothing is working.

So did take that hdd and did connected it to my main pc witch run on win 7. I can access partition H,J (system and recovery stuff) but I cant access main partition"L" where all stuff is wich I need recover. any windows tool cant access it, did try check for errors from cmd and windows. and does not work. I did try to change partition letter as well, letter did change but nothing else;/

does anyone have any idea how I can access it ?

yea looks like a bad drive. Warranty the drive if you can, otherwise get a new one and restore backups.

the problem is that my costumer did hold like 5 years worth of pictures on that drive and it is around 8 years old HDD. so Im trying to recover that stuff somehow. but I'm out of ideas how.

I don't think that they did any files backup. and if they made it it is on C partition wich one does not work.

if you need the data, send the drive to a data recovery service. There isn't much you can do, and if you try things it can easily make it much harder to recover.

You have a bad drive. Paying for a recovery service is your only option to get data back. This is why you make backups, so you don't have to pay and hope recovery works.

run crystal disk info or anouther smart data monitor.
