Are the following specs for a editing pc good enough to run the following smoothly 

 

Adobe premiere pro

cuting clips together 

Adding music 

Adding text to video 

Adding titles and end credits 

All done at 1080p

 

 

Adobe illustrator 

Makeing logos 

 

Adobe after effects 

Animating logos

Animating images 

 

Specs 

 

I5 8400 (6 core 6 thread)

Gtx 1050 2gb

16gb corsair vengeance 2400MHz (2x8gb)

Are you from USA? you might want to consider an i7 8700 with 2666mhz memory on a b360 motherboard, a GTX 1050 is sufficient to leave the iGPU solely dedicated to hardware accelerating while somewhat helping with CUDA so yeah you can go with one.

 

The i7 having Hyper-Threading will assist a lot, it certainly is worth the investment.

Yes it seems a very good price-to-performance build for your purpose, you're free to try out the stock cooler but if you notice your frequency is going under 4.3ghz under full load you might need a beefier aftermarket cooler.

Nah don't get watercooling specially a 120mm it performs worse than a decent air cooler and this is a work PC right? the watercoolers usually demands more maintenance and you could experience down times that otherwise should you go air cooling wouldn't have.

Yes it's worth it personally speaking because you'll get the extra VRAM which will benefit you plenty on more demanding Adobe CUDA Accelerated workloads.
