Upgrade

So I currently have a windforce r9 380x and an i5 3470. I do not know whether I should upgrade the cpu to a 4790 and no gpu upgrade for now or buy a 1070. I have the money for the 4790 and a board but in order to get just the 1070 i need to sell the 380x as well
