Don't use Ryzen master to OC your RAM. Go into the BIOS and set the XMP profile for the RAM kit and the board should recognize the 3200MHz speed and timings.

ok so ive done that the xmp does change everything to 14-14-14-34 but when you go to "easy mode" it still says 2400mhz am i just being that much of a noob to realize it is overclocked just not under load?

Is there more than one profile for your RAM in the BIOS?

I see in that first column it says 3200 but I am not familiar with the Gigabyte BIOS. What does HWiNFO say once you get into Windows?

Edit:

I have both installed. It's helpful and I recommend installing both for you too and then you can use whichever you find you like more.
