Router set minimal speed

hello,

 

I have a Draytek Vigor2133 and i want to set a minimal speed on 1 port. That's because all the phones will be connected to that port. So even if the network is bussy the phones will have the minimal speed. Thanks!

Turn on QoS and it will perform much better
