Anyone else have an issue with Google canceling their Youtube/Google Music sub?  I have had Google Music/YouTube Red since it launched, and had the Family Plan at $14.99 for both services.  They canceled my subscription last week, and after 4 calls in 6 days there is still no resolution other than "we will email you in 24-48 hours".  

 

I understand that they don't offer any kind of plan like I had, which is why I am upset.  I had been grandfathered into my price tier/content of BOTH Play Music and YouTube Red at that price.

Could be because they are launching their new Youtube Premium thing and they are cleaning the house from old subs.

I had GP music (individual) subscription for over a year and I still have it and Youtube Red (or whatever the hell they call it now). Maybe it has something to do with you having a family account? At any rate, keep bugging their support about it. Good luck!
