Little over budget

Was originally going to ad the Ryzen 5 1600 but went way over budget

You could downgrade the GPU to a 1050ti which is perfect for 1080p gaming.

Solid build for 1080p at moderate graphic settings with the option to toss in a beefy GPU down the line. You've got a quality PSU that won't go boom just to save a couple dollars. An SSD for Windows and a few programs to provide a snappy user experience. The only thing to double check is to make sure the motherboard has an updated BIOS for the Raven Ridge APU, or you can go to a local shop and get it updated for a couple bucks. Plus you've got faster memory which, as mentioned above, the Ryzen chips will definitely enjoy and take advantage of.

Single channel on an APU cuts it's performance in half. Always want to shoot for 3000mhz or better.

You didn't say if you needed a monitor or not. But this would be fantastic for the budget

Forgot to mention, as others stated above, you could ditch the graphic card all together and and just use any raven ridge ryzen CPU and those would work perfectly fine.
