In your video below, you were unable to get WiFi to work on Windows Server 2016.  I just wanted to share my findings from my own experience.

 

I got Windows Server 2016 running on a Surface Pro 2 (i5 / 64GB SSD / 4GB RAM), and the only option I had was to get the WiFi working.

 

I figured I'd share since I enjoy your videos.

It's a one line command with a little tip that indicates you must reboot after running this command.

For me?  I just wanted to prove I could do it.  It was a crappy outdated tablet running a server grade OS.  It fought me every step of the way, but it ended up being a fun project.

honestly I have set up some crypto mining servers using windows server and not having to use ethernet cables might be useful in a niche scenario like that. So not entirely useless.
