I am building a server with a lot of HDD"s, 12 in total, plus a few SSD's.  I ended up getting two PSU's I caught on sale.  Not sure which one is better for my needs.

Rosewill Capstone 650M (new version - black/red box)

-OR-

EVGA 650GQ

Both are brand new, and I am most concerned with low wattage efficiency as this server won't be heavily used 99% of the time, but overall quality for a long life is also important.  Any suggestions as to which to keep and why?

I'd probably say GQ, but ultimately both are fine, you won't have issues with either.
