Article 13 & Gaming servers

Hi there,

Does anybody know how Article 13 will affect running private gaming servers? I run a San Andreas Multiplayer server, which runs on GTA: San Andreas. Would we have to pay a fee to Take Two, or would we have to discontinue our server, or would Article 13 not affect us?

Article 13 extends copyright restrictions, but as far as I know it shouldn't really change things for stuff like software. If you don't already need to pay Take Two, Article 13 shouldn't change that.

Alright, I'll keep an eye on the news to see when they release more details on how Article 13 works, but that's given us some assurance that we don't have to throw away multiple years of work
