I have the exact same motherboard, a FX-6300 and an RX 560  and it can run those games fine. You have have to compromise with GTA a little bit. Unless you are doing heavy threaded activities the 6300 would be a better buy at just 100. Maybe use the extra 30 bucks on a bigger PSU, mins a 650w and works great.

Please don't buy a FX cpu they are a terrible value
