Pc turning on and off and on and off, repeatedly extremely fast.

I have no clue as to what is going on and can't find any preexisting solutions, any help?

unplug said computer and see if it stops when you plug it back in

Unplug all storage devices

and try again.

My deep cool captain aio's mount on the back was shorting out like 8 pins, just cut off the extra two arms for the and mount with a band saw
