You don't really need Cisco equipment to use Cisco Umbrella.

 

However, an easier and cheaper solution would be to redirect the specific domains you want to block using your internal DNS (which I assume you're running on your AD server).

It is not a solution that will scale, at all, but if you only want to block a handful of domains it should work fine. Just make an A record with the domain name, and then point it to something like 127.0.0.1, or something like that.

Please bear in mind that this type of block is very easy to circumvent, but so will all types of DNS based blocking.
