Is it slowing down then?

SSDs don't frag since they are by nature and therefore all the information is retrieved at the same speed regardless, but they do slow down as they age, defraging would only make it worse. P.S. those rate speeds are for when they are new, as they are rewritten, over and over again they slow down.
