Proxy Help

I want to use proxy for a specific site in order to connect with multiple accounts , because the site only lets me log in with 2 accounts per ip adress. But no matter

with this  ( check the image ) it says ''proxy isn't responding'' and then some possible solutions about firewall or some sht.. What can i do ?

A vpn client is likely an easier solution for you.

Agreed, get something like PIA or Surfshark and that would be enough. Server changing is pretty rapid too.
