Corsair CS 750M eBay cable compatible?

On the Corsair site it says the HX (Gold) series cables are compatible with the CS

So would this Unauthorized vendor be reliable and compatible with my PSU?

It should work - but before you plug it in I suggest using a multimeter to measure voltages on each pin on each output. You can get one for under $10 and your readings on the motherboard connector end should be identical to the following:
