Ram question

I want to buy a Ryzen 5 2600 with following board:

My question is, which ram is going to work best for my budget: 180€?

I know that is not much but I hope you guys can help me.

Idk where you live but i think you could get 16gb 3000mhz with that budget. maybe 3200mhz

My only concern with that board is that it will likely require a UEFI update before you can use the processor. Which you can't do without an out-of-the-box compatible processor.

 

(Off topic) Maybe storefronts like NewEgg should offer a free (or at least a very cheap) service to update the UEFI on motherboards or something.

the update is no problem. the store i buy it, they offer the service so that is fine. i just need to know which ram i can get for the budget that is good

In contrast to Intel chips, it seems to that Ryzen benefits from higher speed memory due to its Infinity Fabric.

Therefore, I would suggest chosing your required RAM capacity and then go for the highest speed you can afford.

16 GB 3 GHz is certainly a good choise, both for speed and capacity.

Also, G.skill is a very reputable brand when it comes to RAM modules.
