Question about liquid metal cooling with 7820x

I was thinking of delidding my 7820x and replacing Intel's stock thermal compound with Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut. I was wondering if I should use more of it on my die or if I should just keep using my normal thermal compound (Arctic Silver Ceramique). I usually get around ~96°c on full load and wondering if it would be worth the hassle.

My motherboard is a MSI x299 Sli Plus and my cooler is a Corsair H115i.

It would probably result in a drop of 10-15 degrees Celsius. If you're willing to take the risk, go for it.

On full load, the Intel X series chips run very hot. They're designed to run hot, so you don't have to worry about damage to the CPU.

Is that stock or overclocked? It can help although the drop on my 7800X wasn't as much as hoped, certainly smaller than on consumer CPUs.

I should've mentioned that it does have an overclock @4.5ghz
