Hi, I bought two "gamer pass" E3 tickets on February 13th. I may have used the same email for both, I'm not sure. My card was charged twice, I had two screenshot conformations on whatever device I used (I forget which phone it was now), but looking in my email I only see one conformation and today received one ticket.

 

What are my options? Is there a way to contact the group that organizes this to find out where my first pass went? If they can't help me, are there scalped tickets I can buy online, or some way to get a pass last minute at the show? Even if it's expensive, I need this second ticket. My friend and I have planned this out for months. 

 

Finally, if nothing else works out, can I change the name on the ticket I did get? If worst comes to wrost, I'll feel like s***, but I paid for the tickets, and my friend's ticket is the one I received. If I have no other choice, I'm still going somehow.

You'd have to contact whoever you got the ticket from.

Contact them by email and explain them your problem using a calm and friendly voice. Often, people in such a situation start to threat and "shout" to the customer support, which will obviously only make it worse.

Inlcude both print screens and the proof that your credit card was billed twice.

That's all the advice I can give you though...

I have contacted my bank and now confirmed I was only charged once. I need to change this ticket to my name, and find a way to break the news to my friend if I am unable to source a second ticket.

This is an old webpage of their previous website.

Apparently they’ve forgotten to remove this old webpage when they updated their website to the current layout.

 

P.S. A good tip: DON’T contact the company’s president but go for the more general contact email address ;)
