Random (Audio & Video) Stutter / Extreme Frame Drop In Overwatch

Hello,
I have this problem that occurs only in Overwatch. At random times, I get stutters and an extreme frame drop followed by a "stuttered" game audio while playing.

I'd like to note that I'm running an unlocked Vbios for overclocking the GPU. However, the stutter occurs on both default GPU clock and while slightly over clocked. As a result, I think that the OC has nothing to do with this problem (correct me if i am wrong).
