What's the problem? Don't see anything wrong with 93F/34C. Just because you're using a liquid cooler doesn't make it magically better. Especially since a 120mm AiO isn't much better than an air cooler, if at all. If you want temperatures to go down, increase the fan speed if possible or get a better cooler.

Your CPU is at 45C. Granted its not quite the best temp for low load, but not anything to be worried about. As for getting it lower... What room temp? Getting better airflow in case will usually help if your room temp is under 27C.
