Is the card working? Do the fans spin?

On the first slot work fine on the second dead...

So, the card works fine in the first PCIe slot, but in the second one it doesn't do anything?

Power down the computer, remove the GPU and inspect the second PCIe slot.

Is there perhaps some dust/debris/etc. stuck inside? If you have a can of compressed air, you can use it to clean the slot.

Do you see any physical damage to the slot? Bent or broken contacts?

The motherboard is brand new but I take air and clean everything when I move the gpu.. I shot down the pc and after I change the gpu when I saw that nothing happened then I remove and the battery front the motherboard and try again  and NOTHING I saw in bios and I hadn't any choice to change the primary slot ...
