I have these speakers and a sub the (Logitech Z213) Could I put the sub on top of my PC because I don't really have any where else to put it? it would be about 2' away from the hardrive in case of data loss. Could I do that? The sub is fairly small and from what I have read people are only worried with big like 10" subs

Don't put it near hard drives.

Just make sure the vibrations are not traveling through any moving parts of the computer in general, including HD

I disagree, I have subs near my PC and don't have issues with HDDs. If this was an issue, all the HDD's in my house would be dead by now.
