is the Cooler MasterLiquid ML120L RGB good for an i7 8700k?

i'm planning to build a new pc using the i7 8700k with Cooler MasterLiquid ML120L RGB and i want to do some decent overclocking . is this cooler good for this job?

a 120 rad wont be enough to cool a OC'd (or stock really) 8700k

go for 240/280mm or a decent air cooler like the noctua D15, Dark Rock 4 or a CM V8/V8GTS

single fan AIOs are just for the looks, not for performance
