It costs/performs the same as the other chips but has a back up iGPU if you need it, and has high resale/reuse value whenever an upgrade happens

What can I change about this build? I'm planning on changing the CPU and graphics card. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/GKQwYT

You should save your dedicated GPU money while GPU prices suck, what kind of games are you going to be running? As if you live on the APU for a few months you're likely to end up with better performance for the same price.

The case looks horrible for airflow, and it has a horrible price

Get this monitor, it's 1080p 144hz VA/IPS at the same price, should be better for daily use.

Do you 100% need an ITX build? if so I'd get an actual ITX case, that one looks rather large for the form factor

Well here's what I'd suggest, buy the APU for now, with decent RAM/storage for under $600, the case is still relatively compact and has solid airflow.

add ~$300 for a 1080p 144hz monitor and keyboard/mouse/stuff

which runs near to the limit of your budget, but sets you up for tossing in a higher end GPU/CPU in the near future. Could also just get like $50 hard drive and be fine.

As current GPU pricing kind of sucks, and if you want to run those games at high/ultra you probably want like a GTX 1070ti/Vega 56 anyways at 1080p 120fps.

Redragon has this combo on amazon for a keyboard/mouse/headset, the headset is likely awful, but functional.
