This is 1080 720p low settings.

I ran it on Ungine BENCHMARKING software

And MSI Afterburner to check my cpu usage and gpu usage

Bro, take the cable out of your motherboard and plug it into your GTX1060 please. You're running on your CPUs internal graphics ;)

For the past few weeks;

My computer seems to fail me in games.

I did a benchmark on it and found the most disappointing result.

Current Build;

OS: Windows 10 Home (64 bit)

CPU:Intel Core i5 6600 @ 3.30GHz (Skylake 14nm Technology)

RAM: 16.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1064MHz (15-15-15-36)

Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. H170 PRO GAMING (LGA1151)

GPU: 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB (NVIDIA) (SLI Disabled)

HDD: 931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EZEX-08WN4A0 (SATA)

Monitor/s: ASUS VC239 (1920x1080@60Hz)

This is 1080 720p low settings.

I ran it on Ungine BENCHMARKING software

And MSI Afterburner to check my cpu usage and gpu usage

There's a cable going from your monitor to your PC. That cable needs to be removed from the port on the motherboard I/O shield and moved down to the videocard, which is in the expansion area underneath.

Oh you mean the cable going from my monitor to the pc should be on my gpu rather than the motherboard?

I have dual monitors; maybe that's why I placed it there.

I have a 2nd wire too.

Your primary display should always connect to the GPU, otherwise, it'll use your integrated graphics.
