ey

i dont know what happened
i got this laptop and my friend wanted to play dying light so i entered the game i was on 1080p max graphics, while i was in the menu everything was fine but i joined my friend and when it loaded i heard this weird bzzzzzzzzz kindof sound and the laptop restarted and when i entered the game i had extremely bad fps even in the menu,i had like 10 or something and in the game it felt the same way...

before on csgo i had about 170-220 average on my usual maps on 1080p and lowest settings.

and now the performance is much worse than it should be on games, on all the games i play i get these lag spikes (more common depending on my graphics settings) when the game drops to 10 fps and on some i have them minute by minute but that's just because the game is demanding.

Specs

GPU:RX 540

CPU:AMD A12 9720P

4GB RAM

idk what else

Sounds like thermal throttling, download a diagnostic tool, and provide the temps.

Intel 12400F | 2x8 3000Mhz Corsair LPX | ASRock H570M-ITX  | Noctua DH-N14 | Corsair MP50 480GB | Meshilicious | Corsair SF600Fedora

Thanks let me know if I said something useful. Cheers!
