Clocked it back down to 3.5 ghz from 4.5ghz and it hasn't crashed, i still want to overclock this cpu, do you think i could get it stable at 4.2?

That's something you'll just have to experiment with until you find a setting that doesn't crash :)

I just installed and overclocked an i5 6600k and now ive been getting many different bluescreens while gaming, and exporting video, including system Service Exception. and Kernel Security Check Failure, I've uninstalled recent updates, updated drives for all the things, and re seated my ram, cpu, and gpu. Im lost, can someone please help me out.

Start by undoing the overclock and seeing if the system stability improves.
