who turns there computer off when they aren't using it? You should be MINING in your down time, make that computer pay for itself.

 

but being serious, when was the last time you even saw someone with a "clapper" device to start with? voice power on is barely becoming a thing in some smart TV's but I think even that may have been given up on, the demand just isn't there for anyone to develop it for mainstream use. You could always build it yourself, pretty sure those clappers came in an outlet form, just plug your computer to it and you are good to go, alternatively you might be able to rig something up that connects to the pins on the motherboard that the switch normally connects to so it gets triggered by the clap so the worst case if something triggers it the computer just goes to sleep instead of getting the power cut.
