assuming no budget limit; what about a EVGA 1080ti FTW3? you might be able to find it with a silver, black or white finish

This should be moved to new builds and planning or whatever it is called. But I suggest you going with 8400/gtx1060 or ryzen 1600(2600)/gtx1060 ... optionally rx580 if you get freesync monitor. If you want a white card look at Asus Dual cards. If you want rgb cards there is Asus strix and Gigabyte aorus(both premium). Evga cards should be kinda neutral.

Updated Ryzen. Now 2600x CPU instead.

Will most likely require a Mobo update to utilize the CPU. This most likely be done for cheap at a local electronics store or by borrowing a free AMD bootkit

Just bear in mind that mobo supports up to only 2666 mhz ram. Cooler is redundant as the cpu comes with one which is efficient enough. I have a feeling that you could find similar 550W or even 450W psu for less. You can buy w10 from kinguin(i know it is not 100 legit but it works). By doing these things you could save some money and go for e.g. 16gb ram and maybe some rgb fancy stuff(fans).

Peripherals are about personal preferences.

Ive got reservation with running silverstone PSUs. And the 520 watt offering of Seasonic doesnt really have the PCIe power connectors for a solid upgrade path. Im talking full modularity though, offcourse you can find cheaper

Im adding that 7.29$ more expencive black coloured 3000 mhz ram. Could allways run with cheaper Red coloured 3000 mhz ram. Then again colours.

No mobo that is 8th gen supports more than 2666mhz. Since anything above is considered a XMP profile or OC.

Im staying away from intel Box coolers especially if i can...,.......

Note: im not dissagreeing with anything. Im just justifying why i did the choices i did
