Are these normal temps?

I recently added DIY air filters to my very tiny 80mm itx case as, In a recent check of my system, I found it filled with heavy amounts of dust particles. Now, the temps are slightly higher than before. On heavy usage, they go near 70ish which was never the case before the filters. And, HDD/SSD/RAM are constantly between 46c-54c. Should I remove the filters and give the mobo alcohol bath every 2-3 weeks?

All those temps are perfectly healthy. Wouldn't worry about it.

The CPU is fine, but not so much the storage drives. Below 40C is optimal for their lifespan.

Both are actually detrimental for electronics.

 

To keep dust out of your computer, it is often recommended to make sure the pressure inside your case is higher than outside.

More practically, this means that you should have more air blowing in that air blowing out of the case.

Add more fans/use those that spin faster.

 

Having dust is better than having parts run hot. Cleaning can help the former but not the latter

When I was building my PC externally, or on the motherboard box, I had a single 120mm fan, and decided to direct fan at the SSD. The SSD reached a top of 27, averaging around 22-24. More fans inside your case, the better. The more cleaning though.
