my case isnt a full watercooler but i can have 1 120mm rad atm but in future i plan to do a complete watercooling upgrade

To be honest with you - neither are very good - especially if you look to expand in the future. A 120mm kit like this will give you no better temps then most AiO units or a good air cooler. Also, neither include very good pumps. They aren't bad per see, just not great. If you expand in the future to say a 360 rad, cpu and gpu blocks, you may also then want to upgrade your pump.

Personally, if all you case can fit is the case is a 120mm rad, if you can, keep running what you got, or get a better air cooler. Save your money for when you have a better case and then get yourself a decent 360mm rad based kit - which typically come with better pumps.
