Should i mod new Vegas, ive played about 10 hours vanilla and enjoyed it but i was wondering is it to early to start modding the game, thanks

play vanilla first, (at least some main and side quests) then start modding, it's like a new game.

I would start the game with mods. 

Most mods require you to start the game new.

Some mods are quests that require you to discover a place through your journey in Fallout which would be obtained playing the game.
