Than you're perfectly fine. 75 to 80 degrees Celcius is nothing to worry about, especially if you consider the outside/room temperature to be above 30 °C. (Thermodynamics is a b*tch ;))

Yeah it's pretty hot here in the Philippines so that might be affecting the temps. Btw does the ingame settings like antialiasing, vsync, etc. affect the temp of the GPU? If so I might just disable them.

They will definitely affect GPU performance and therefore also the temperature of the card.

The higher the settings, the more effort the card needs to do to render the image.

Ah damn I knew it. I'll try to lower the settings later, then I'll give you an update if there is any significant temp decrease. :)

You could always do that to try and see what happens. But actually... your temperatures are really nothing to worry about though.

I've lowered my settings and it did help reduce the temperatures! CPU's about 60-66C while GPU's at 70-75C and there's not much of an fps loss whatsoever :D I'm just trying to be cautious with my temperatures because I had this problem with my last laptop where it would rapidly heat up even if it's not on full load and of course it will automaticall shut down. I just don't want that to happen with my new laptop so.. yeah. Pardon me :) Anyways this has seemed to fix my problem with the temps, and I'm very grateful for all your help :D

My CPU temp is fine at around 60-69C and my GPU's at 75-80C(not entirely sure if this one's safe.. probably?). I take back what I said about hitting the sweet spot hahaha.

I don't know if this is the settings you're talking about.

AWESOME! 83 is like the default max on desktop cards before they start thermal throttling.
